Each tuber will be packaged individually with it's name on the packaging. Upon arrival tubers should be removed from packaging, (you can write the name on the tuber if you want) inspected and then stored in customers preferred storing method until planting time. You have 24hrs after receiving your order to contact us with issues or damage to tubers...PICTURES Help. No guarantees can be made after storage,planting and care. That is up to the customer at this point. However we do like to make it right when something is damaged or we have made an error so please give us the chance to do so. Dahlias are easy to care for...but you cannot ingore them.

From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email.
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
